Many family memories have lingered for the past 70 years in this country style two story cottage. Although many changes have been made over the years this cottage retains much of it's original character. It is in a very quiet, summer community with a short walk to a private beach with the warm, gentle waters of Nantucket Sound. This cottage is on 3/4 of an acre partially wooded with pine trees. On the first floor there is a full kitchen, living room, family/dining room and a bathroom with a shower. There are two bedrooms on the first floor one with a king bed (or two twin beds) and the other with two twin beds. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a Queen bed and a twin/single bed, TV and sitting area. This room is air-conditioned. Also, on the second floor there is a bathroom with a tub and shower. There is a TV in the family room and in all 3 bedrooms, outdoor furniture and deck and an outdoor grill. The property is surrounded by a fence. Very convenient location to all that is wonderful on Cape Cod. This cottage can be rented weekly or nightly. All rates for a maximum of 6 people. No breakfast service. Distance to town and shops 1.5 miles, walk to private beach 0.3 mile, distance to public beach 1.5 miles.
