Rate Option 1: $125 per night, breakfast not included.
Room features Keurig coffee maker with pods of coffee, decaf coffee, tea, decaf tea, herbal teas. Small refrigerator/freezer (on porch) stocked with half and half (and on request, lemon slices, honey and ice). Hospitality tray with sugar, splenda, thermal (to go) cups with lids, regular beverage cups, paper plates, paper napkins, plastic flatware. There is a restaurant next door (The Box Lunch) and one across the street (The Flying Fish Cafe). The Flying Fish offers freshly baked goods, coffees and teas (if you prefer theirs), fresh fruit with yogurt, home made granola, and cooked full breakfasts. Guests can have breakfast there or order their food to go and then enjoy it on their front porch. Daily maintenance as needed.

Rate Option 2: $150.00 per night, breakfast included.
Guests receive the above as in Option 1, plus daily bed makeup, room straightening, towel drying, trash removal, bathroom cleaning and continental breakfast, which consists of: orange juice, fresh fruit (usually berries), fat free plain yogurt, Quaker brand granola with 1% milk, freshly baked breakfast breads (like banana bread, etc.) with butter or cream cheese.

Terms: Minimum 2 nights, 3 nights on holiday weekends. Maximum 2 people. 25% deposit (50% for weekly rentals). Balance paid in full 14 days prior to arrival.
