This lovely, contemporary B&B has magnificent views, and is only steps to a private association beach. There are four (4) rooms and one (1) Suite. Room #1 "Sandcastle" has a king bed, private en-suite bath, TV, refrigerator, semi private deck with ocean views galore. Room #2 "Sandune" has a Queen bed, priv. bathroom with shower, TV & AC and garden view. Room #3 "Sandbar" has a king bed, private hall bath, TV, AC, refrig. and a semi private deck off the room and again that "view". Room #4 the "Sand Tower" has king bed, private bath, TV, refrig., private deck with water view. Room #4a "The Sandpiper” is part of a suite with room #4 Sandtower, it has 2 twin beds and share the bathroom with room #4, it can take one or two persons, it is only rented in combination with room #4.( NOT available in 2011 Suite #5 “Sandollar”, at ground level, has a queen bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, TV, washer & dryer and private bathroom. It has also a walk out private entrance with a picnic table, a sitting area and a gas grill. The Suite has a “stocked” refrigerator for breakfast.) The house is surrounded with ocean front decks to enjoy . All rooms can accommodate 2 people each only.Suite #5 maximum 3, accepts children 10+. The sun rises right in front of this unique home. Distance to Sandwich 3 miles, distance to Sagamore Beach village 2.5 miles, distance to bike trails (Cape Cod Canal) 2.5 miles.
