Spacious first floor bedroom (#1) has a queen bed with private en-suite bath.Upstairs
a large second bedroom (#2) has two double beds, sitting area with a double sleep
sofa and en-suite private bath, TV, refrig. All rooms are air-conditioned. Owner
is a descendant of the Mayflower. Relax or read in first floor parlor. There is
also a lovely attached #3 Suite with kitchen, air-conditioned, ceiling fan, large
bathroom with Jacuzzi tub for 2, king size canopied bed, private entrance and
deck. The Suite can be rented as "weekly rental" with no breakfast
services. Distance to town 4 miles, distance to bike trails 4 1/2 miles, distance
to beach 1 mile on Pleasant Bay. Good walking area. Suite #3 is Pet Friendly.
