Along with the views you have privacy and quiet. Completely renovated this cottage and Main House offer all the amenities of your own home in one of the prime locations on the Lower Cape.Studio #1 is NOT available in 2010: Located in the main house, Studio #1, with a private garden entrance this lower level spacious Studio is chocked full of amenities. There is a king bed, a sitting & eating areas, flat screen HDTV, DVD, Stereo, internet service and phone, kitchenette wt/ coffee maker, refrigerator, conv. oven, small dishwasher, 2 burner hot plat and microwave. Private bathroom with tub and shower and central air conditioning. Relax outside with a sitting area in the lush gardens all the while smelling the salt air. The Studio #1 rents weekly, Sat-Sat, in the low seasons only.The Main House, the Cottage and the Studio #1 all rents weekly only Saturday to Saturday. Fishing trips for tuna, striper, and blues can arranged with the owner prior to arrival. There are no breakfast services provided, however if you contact your Host a couple of days prior to your arrival your Host can stocked your cottage or house with initial provisions that would be there when you arrive.This is a great area for walking, birding, biking and catching the waves at Nauset Beach. Walk to National Seashore Marsh 300 feet. Distance to Nauset Beach & Dunes 3/4 of a mile, distance to E. Orleans village 1 mile, distance to bike trails and Orleans center two miles. Fine restaurants 1 mile.
