Nauset Beach is one of the best and most expansive beaches on the Lower Cape. Enjoy being only steps away from great swimming and surfing, fishing for stripe bass, sparkling white sand, beach combing, and watching the sunrise over the ocean. There are two studios, each with a private entrance and semi private deck, outdoor furniture and grill, a queen bed and a twin bed, private bathroom with tub and shower, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, telephone, TV and VCR, WIFI, air-conditioning and a dining nook. These studios are designed for a casual and comfortable beach side vacation. Also in 2009 there is a comfortable 3 bedroos Cottage on the same property. Two Queen bedrooms with TV & AC and one Twin bedroom with AC, large living room with den area, TV, DVD, phone, WiFi, dinning room, deck with gas grill and distant ocean view. Full kitchen including dishwasher, one bathroom with tub & shower, washer & dryer, outside hot & cold shower.The Cottage is only rented weekly, Sat-Sat, in High season, but also rents nightly in Low seasons. Maximum 6 people, linen fee applies to the Cottage.In High season the studios are rented weekly Saturday to Saturday. In Low season/s they can be rented nightly. Linens are included with the Studios. 3 guests maximum in each studio. No breakfast service for the Studios and the Cottage. Distance to Orleans 3.7 miles, distance to East Orleans 1.5 miles, distance to bike trail 3.7 miles. Walk to Nauset Beach, 200 yards.
