Beautiful E. Orleans awaits the fortunate visitor that arrives at this lovely B&B. Nestled in the pines and surrounded by an old fieldstone wall just 1.7 miles to the Nauset Beach, 1 mile to the quaint village of E. Orleans and 1/2 mile to lovely Snow Shore and 1/8 m. deeded access to Mill Pond, a perfect place for walking, biking and kayaking. This is an ideal location. There are three, spacious, charming, guest accommodations, all with WiFi. Room # 1 is on the first floor with its own entrance and farmer’s porch. This room has a queen bed, a sitting area with a pull out sofa bed for a child/teen, private ensuite bathroom with shower, ceiling fan, A/C, TV/DVD, and refrigerator. Room # 2, on the second floor, has a semi private entrance, a patio under the trees, a large queen bedroom with a sitting & eating areas with artist sink, refrigerator, microwave, A/C, TV/DVD, has also a single sofa bed for an extra guest and a private bathroom with shower. Room # 3, on the first floor, has a queen bed, sitting area, TV/DVD, A/C private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. The breakfast area is cheerful and bright reflecting that famous Cape Cod light that artists so famously paint. There is also a library of movies for Guest use. All rooms offer privacy and romance. This B&B is "Green" and the gourmet, three course breakfast is all organic. There is deeded access to Mill Pond, a salt water pond leading to Nauset Harbor, Town Cove and Salt Pond Bay, a perfect area to kayak and canoe. Distance to Cape Cod Bike Trail 2.2 miles, distance to Orleans 2.2 miles, distance to Nauset Beach 1.7 miles.
