Notes for 2011

  • All rates listed are quoted per room, per night, double occupancy and are subject to change. Standard In-Season is normally from Memorial Day holiday weekend through Columbus holiday weekend: Friday, May 27, 2011 until Monday, October10, 2011. Standard Off-Season is from Tuesday, October 11, 2011 until Thursday, prior to Memorial Day weekend of 2011. Some B&B's and Inns have non-standard In-Season and Off-Season dates, and occasionnally have "more" than two seasons. Those B&B's and Inns with non-standard seasons will have specific opening and closing dates indicated in their description page.
  • Massachusetts State Occupancy Tax of 9.7% may apply to some host locations.
  • Prices listed reflect off-season rates through high season rates.
Abbreviations in the B&B listings:
Seasonal means open only from Memorial Day weekend holiday until Columbus holiday weekend. Closed the rest of the year.
OYR means open year round, except for some "closed" occasional vacation time.
S means Smoking (very few hosts allow smoking)
NT means No Tax is required
T means Tax is required
NC means No Children or No Children under a certain age.
