Notes for using frames in common web browsers:
1. Click on a site link in the left frame and this frame area will change to
chosen link.
Click on a link in the bottom frame to return to other pages in this web site.
2. To Navigate within a frame:
For Macintosh users: click and hold mouse button on a frame area to see options.
For Windows users: click the right mouse button on a frame area to see options.
3. To Print a frame's contents:
Click within the chosen frame area then click "print frame" in the
menu options.
