Old Hyannis is what we all imagine when we think of Cape Cod: a bustling, picturesque harbor, endless, warm water beaches and meandering down Main St. This property has that very location. You are but a short walk to four beaches, the harbor is less than a half a mile away and Main St. is a bit less than a mile away. The Victorian house was built in 1899. There are three bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms. One room has a king bed (can also be made as "twins" beds), one room has a queen bed, and the third has a queen bed with private hall bathroom adjacent to room. All bathrooms have showers and all rooms have TV, A/C and WiFi. There is a lovely sitting room that goes out to a beautiful porch . The sitting room has a a guest refrigerator and phone. You can have breakfast out on the porch or after a hard day at the beach just idle your time away there with a good book. There is also a flowered patio to enjoy the cool breezes. This is prime location Hyannis. This property was once a B&B and the new innkeepers have restored it to its former glory with all modern amenities. Walk to Veterans Beach (2/10 m.), walk to Esteys Beach (4/10 m.), walk to Kalmus Beach (5/10 m.) Distance to Sea St. Beach 7/10 of a mile, walk to Hyannis Harbor (4/10 m.). Distance to Main St. 9/10 m.
