Hull is a lovely peninsula of land that goes out into the ocean. It is surrounded by beautiful beaches. There are various ways to get there: drive only 20 miles south of Boston, in the summer take to ferry from Boston or take the MBTA train line. A car is not needed for once you get there you can walk to beach and village. This lovely B&B sits on a hill looking out towards the village, the ocean, Boston Harbor and Boston Harbor Islands. There are three bedrooms: The Twinz, room #3, on the third floor has a king bed, private hall bath with shower, sitting area and views of the ocean. The M&M, room # 2, on the 2nd floor over looks the garden and has a queen bed and a private hall bath with tub and shower. The Anna Rose Room, room # 1, on the first floor with a sitting area also over looks the garden with a queen bed and hall bath with tub and shower. This room can accommodate a 3rd person. All rooms have private baths, central a/c and TV. There is Ida’s Attic Room which is a common room filled with books and games and has beautiful views of the ocean and the windmill that supplies 12% of Hull’s electricity. This sitting room is on the 3rd floor. Breakfast can be taken to the privacy of your room, enjoyed on the deck facing the ocean or in the dining room. The nearest beach is 1/4 of a mile.
