Built as a 3/4 Cape 200 years ago, this property has been added onto over the years as well as having a long history as a B&B. It has been lovingly cared for and well maintained throughout its history. The owners took a break from running a B&B for a few years and now this propertyhas a new owner. The location is terrific. It is 7/10 of a mile to a nice warm water beach on Nantucket Sound and within walking distance to historic villages, restaurants and shops. It has a spacious lawn and a wonderful front porch to enjoy the quiet of the area. The house has 5 guest bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and two of the rooms can make for a 2 room suite. Room # 1 has a queen bed with a bathroom next to the room. Room # 2 has a Queen bed and the bathroom within the room. Room # 3 is a queen room with a bathroom within the room and this room can be made into a suite by adding the room # 4 that has 2 twin beds. The bathrooms are small and have showers. In addition all the rooms have air conditioning. There is a lovely common room with a television and the beautiful front porch. House has also another bedroom on the main floor with a private bathrrom, full kitchen, Dining room and living room. There are no picture of the kitchen and the recently new bedroom. Accommodations are very comfortable and welcoming representing a great Cape Cod value. This is a B&B where you can experience “ Olde Cape Cod “. Distance to beach 7/10 of a mile, distance to bike trail 1 mile, distance to town 1/2 of a mile.
