Located steps away from a beach on the warm waters of Nantucket Sound this lovely Federal Colonial invites exploration and relaxation. There are 9 beautifully appointed rooms all air- conditioned and with TV, private ensuite bathrooms and private balconies. Five of the rooms have a water view and two rooms have Jacuzzi tub for 1. Room 101 has a private entrance & porch with water view There are 2 luxury suites in the carriage house next to the Inn. Both suites have a queen bedroom, a living room with queen sofa bed and a gas fireplace, private bath with tub and shower, AC, TV/VCR, private balcony/deck. Suite #1 (handicapped accessible) has a kitchenette and suite #2 has a full kitchen. A full breakfast for the Inn/B&B Guests is served in the sun room that also has views of the ocean and afternoon tea is served. Walk to beach and restaurants. Lovely gardens also surround this fine Inn/B&B.There is also a charming, 3 bedroom (King/double and twin bedrooms) cottage guest house. A mere 200 yds from 3 beaches, quiet and tranquility surround this property. The guest house has central air, fireplace, washer/dryer, full kitchen and gas barbeque grill, WIFI and outdoor shower perfect for your stay on Cape Cod. Linens are provided and it is self catered.
