On the first floor, there is a lovely queen bedroom ( #1) with a canopy bed, a working fireplace and an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. The bedroom has A/C and it has a semi private entrance. On the second floor there is a Queen bedroom (#2) with attached private bathroom with a shower, TV, AC, sitting area, refrig. & coffee maker. There is also a common comfortable sitting room with TV and fireplace. Take your breakfast in the lovely dining room or outdoors on the sunny deck. The yard and gardens are extensive with a hammock to enjoy the surroundings and a peek of Bass River. You can walk to Bass River , the salt water river that cuts the Cape in half, which is perfect for kayaking and canoeing. This historic property is also in a protected historic district.
