On the National Register of Historic Places this lovely B&B was built in 1853 and it is a classic Second Empire Mansard Victorian. It has been recently restored blending the dignity and workmanship of the old with the comforts of the new. Your inn keepers have incorporated privacy and pampering into this B&B. This B&B is situated in the historic district, not far from the great beaches and in close proximity to all that is wonderful in touring Cape Cod. Room # 1, "Holly", has a queen canopy bed, private entrance with a private outside sitting area, private bathroom with shower and body spray, flat screen TV with DVD, fireplace/gas (open Year Round). Room # 2, "Garden", has a queen bed, private entrance, private bathroom with body spray, flat screen TV with DVD, fireplace/gas. (NOT AVAILABLE IN 2008 Room # 3, "Beach Rose"). Room # 4, "Hydrangea" is on the 2nd floor, has a king canopy bed and private bathroom with double Jaccuzi tub & separate shower, TV with DVD, fireplace/gas. All bedrooms are provided with WIFI, A/C, refrigerators and bathrobes. Breakfasts are a full gourmet in mid and high seasons, served continental in low season. The property is surrounded with lovely gardens, the fresh scent of lavender and a mill pond for viewing wild life. A beautiful blend of "Olde Cape Cod" with all the amenities of its full restoration await you at this B&B. Distance to town, Barnstable 4 miles, 7 miles to Sandwich. Distance to the beach, Sandy Neck 2 miles to beach's entrance and 1 additional mile to the actual beach.
