To reach the Islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard your need to take a Ferry from:
Falmouth/Woodshole terminal to Martha's Vineyard, 45 minutes, runs approx. every hour or the ferry from Hyannis Harbor there is 1 hour ferry and a 2 hour ferry. Hyannis Harbor to Nantucket, either private ferry or State run ferry either the fast ferry, 1 hour or regular ferry 2 hours. Harwich Port to Nantucket, approx. 1 hour 30 minutes.
